The Mission of the Port Jervis Police Department is to work in partnership with the community to achieve positive impacts on crime and traffic. It is also to provide professional police service in an ethical and courteous manner. To accomplish its mission, the department operates three major divisions: Patrol, Investigation, and Administrative Services
